"...I rung Murray post operation and he came out to see me just after Christmas day.  He helped me to complete all the claim forms and clearly outlined the process so I had a full clear understanding.  In the new year, Murray rung me to advise of my successful claim and I was to receive a lump sum payment from the Trauma Insurance.  My daughter and I will always be grateful for the advice and genuineness  from Murray and thankful for the lump sum payment we received. I would highly recommend Murray.
